BOARD OF DIRECTORS


As a private, not-for-profit corporation a Board of Directors governs NEMROC, Inc.  The duties of these dedicated volunteers is to set policies, direct public relations, secure and oversee spending of NEMROC funds, and oversee staff, and program planning and development.
